SR-306 is thermal reaction octyl phenolic vulcanized resin.
SR-306 is the same as SP-1045
SR-306 is rubber curing resin.
SR-306 is thermal reaction octyl phenolic vulcanized resin which contains methylol group
Application:
SR306 resin is curing agent for NR and several SR (as IIR, EPDM, NBR, CR).
SR-306 resin mainly used for Tire, Tire curing bladder, Conveyor belt, Sealing ring, gasket and other rubber products.
Suggest ratio: 7-12phr sr-306 resin can be used in IIR, 1.5-2phr SR--306 resin can be used in EPDM.
Packing and Storage:
It is packed in kraft paper bags lined with plastic film, net weight is 25kg/bag.
It should be stored in a cool, dry warehouse.
The shelf life is 18 months.
